Final Four Torneo Baloncesto Petra Mercado nuevamente campeones

Por segundo año consecutivo, la escuela superior Petra Mercado, cargó con la Copa Alcalde Jumacao del torneo de baloncesto de escuelas superiores de Humacao, que auspicia la Administración Municipal de Humacao a través de su Oficina de Asuntos de la Juventud.

 

El Final Four de la Copa Alcalde se llevó a cabo el pasado jueves 28 de abril, en la cancha bajo techo Emilio E. Huyke, donde los equipos de las escuelas Petra Mercado, Ana Roqué, Manuel Mediavilla y PECES compitieron por el cetro. Este último equipo resultó subcampeón.
A los partidos de la noche le precedió una clínica de baloncesto ofrecida a los participantes del Final Four, por integrantes del equipo de Baloncesto Superior Nacional “Caciques de Humacao”.
En el evento estuvo presente el primer ejecutivo, Marcelo Trujillo Panisse, quien hizo entrega de la Copa Alcalde al equipo campeón y uniformes a los líderes estudiantiles de la escuelas superiores Manuel Mediavilla Negrón y Petra Mercado.
