HealthSouth invita a “Vivir Saludable”

HealthSouth junto al programa de Aeróbicos de Caguas te invitan a “ Vivir Saludable” el domingo, 26 de febrero desde las 11:00 a.m. en el Coliseo Roger Mendoza en Caguas.

Habrá Clínicas de salud de 11:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m. de toma de presión, glucosa, peso y masa corporal, fortalecimiento con bandas y WII Sport, masajes terapeuticos, charlas sobre manejo de stress y prevención de accidentes. Además habrá un Maratón de Ejercicios de 2:00 a 5:00 p.m. de aeróbicos, “hip hop” y zumba. La inscripción es gratuita.
